Because the carnival goes to the Pokemon world and the Digimon child is Very Confused about everything that is happening. That aside, it's pretty much a vacation season for the carnival, so that's a good thing for Yamato to learn the ropes and develop relationships with people I guess. Did I mention that his roommate is a vampire?!

ღ DAY 73 (carnival grounds): His new roommate in the carnival is actually Vamdemon. This isn't what he signed up for, ok.
ღ DAY ?? (melemele/hau'oli beachfront): Should have known that he'd run into that grumpy girl from the mirror house whose fire cat has somehow stolen his harmonica. Great.
ღ DAY ?? (melemele/on the way to the trainer school): Yamato runs into Tamaki and a lost child. All in a day's work when it comes to reuniting said lost kid with his friends at the Trainer School.
★ DAY 76, MORNING: PUBLIC CHANNEL - Papyrus announces snow?!
★ DAY 76, MORNING: PUBLIC CHANNEL - anyone needs winter clothes?

★ DAY 81: PUBLIC CHANNEL - Really short awkward intro with his new immediate coworkers????
ღ DAY 83, AFTERNOON: Yamato wanders into the menagerie. He's not really an animal person.
ღ DAY 86, EVENING: Gon beats up some Team Skull grunts, Yamato gets some information about the carnival changes thingy going around.
ღ Sometime during DAY 87-90: Mushi Disaster - oh no, Sherlock, what are you doing?!
ღ Sometime during DAY 87-90: Mushi Disaster - manakonoyami infection. Just great.
★ DAY 90: PUBLIC CHANNEL - Are you sure this isn't a hatemance?
ღ DAY 90: Yamato runs into a clown with odd injuries that he's never seen before.
